Picasa is broken

We have discovered a bug the causes Picasa-only users to have a broken page. This error will be fixed in the next release.

We have discovered a bug the causes Picasa-only users to have a broken page. This error has been mostly fixed. Next job is to get the photos into a slideshow, rather than just showing up. The bug where a user's photo text was not shown has also been fixed.
